Booking & Capacity

• Please provide your preferred event date and time well in advance to secure your reservation. Our salon features 16 pedicure stations and 12 manicure stations, allowing us to accommodate up to 28 guests at one time. For larger groups, bookings may be divided into two or more sessions if needed.

Guest Details & Services

• To help us plan your event efficiently, please provide the number of guests, guest names, and desired services. This information may be shared via phone or email and allows us to accurately estimate the duration of your event.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

• A valid credit card is required to confirm all group bookings. Groups of three or more must have a card on file. If any guests are unable to attend, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee of $25 per guest.

Timing & Arrival

• We schedule dedicated time with each technician to ensure personalized attention for your party. Late arrivals may result in shortened services. We appreciate guests arriving 15 minutes early to allow for a smooth start.

Food & Beverages

• Uptown is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased on the day of your event. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Guests are welcome to bring snacks with prior notice; please note that we do not provide tableware and are not a peanut-free facility.

Decorations

• Decorations are welcome with advance notice. Please contact us prior to your event to coordinate setup.

Additional Policies

• Uptown is not liable for injuries that may occur on the premises. Inappropriate or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Gratuity is greatly appreciated.
